The Board of Control for Cricket in India has named the India 'A' squad for the upcoming two-match red-ball series against South Africa 'A' at home. Team India wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant, who has been out of action since the England tour, will lead the team in the two matches ahead of the main series.

India 'A' will host South Africa 'A' in a red-ball and white-ball series starting later this month. The upcoming tour will kick off with two four-day unofficial Tests at the BCCI Center of Excellence in Bengaluru. Following the four-day matches, the two teams will move to Rajkot for a three-match one-day series.
