Police in Mpumalanga are investigating a case of reckless and negligent driving after four people were killed and one was injured in a crash .
The incident happened on Saturday when the vehicle carrying the five people overturned on the N12 near Middelburg.
"Two more people escaped with slight injuries. They include the driver of the vehicle. The investigation into the crash is already underway. However, reckless and negligent driving cannot be ruled out at this stage," says the provincial Safety, Security and Liaison Departments spokesperson Moeti Mmusi.
