With the leagues getting closer to resumption in Europe, Rangers are keen to secure the signing of Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mikey Moore this summer.
The Scottish side are looking to beef up their midfield ahead of the new season and have identified the Spurs youngster as a perfect fit for their team.
According to transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano explained through his official X handle that the deal on offer from Ranger is for Moore to join on a season-long loan.
He said:
Moore who came through the ranks at Tottenham made his Premier League debut on May 14, 2024, against Manchester City, at the age of 16 years and 277 days, breaking the record for the youngest Spurs player to do so.
Moore also played in the UEFA Europa League, including a start in the victory against Ferencvaros in the same season.
Softfootball understands that after the signing of Mohammed Kudus and the search for more experience signings, first team chances would be limited at Tottenham for Mikey Moore.
The young attacking midfielder is expected to gain enough playing time in Scotland with Rangers and come back to the London club a better player in the 2026/27 season.
Moore made 10 Premier League appearances for Tottenham, with three starts and seven as a substitute. He doesnt have a goal yet but registered one league assist.
Moore penned a 3-year deal with Tottenham Hotspur at the start of last season where they finished 17th but won the Europa League after beating Manchester United 1-0 in the final.
