President Cyril Ramaphosa has lauded Ambassador Nathi Mthethwa as a dedicated public servant of South Africa. Delivering the eulogy at his funeral at KwaMbonambi in Kwa-Zulu Natal, the President recalled Nathi Mthethwas life of dedication to activism and loyalty to African National Congress ANC principles even in difficult terrains.
Ramaphosa called on ANC members to reflect on Mthethwas life, who was deeply pained by the partys divisions.
The President praises the late Ambassador, describing him as a thinker and teacher within the liberation movement.
