More than half of Tourism Update readers (59%) have said that travellers purchasing decisions are no longer based on the traditional grading of tourism establishments.

Only 29% voted that purchasing decisions were still based on grading, with the remaining 11% unsure.

Negative perception of safety a major barrier?
