President Cyril Ramaphosa will face a Public Protector investigation following a complaint by the uMkhonto weSizwe MK party, led by his predecessor Jacob Zuma.
The complaint alleges abuse of power, improper conduct and failure to act in the countrys best interests, citing violations of clauses 2.1 and 2.3 of the Executive Ethics Code.
According to The Citizen , the party shared a letter from Veronika Pillay, Acting Executive Manager of the Public Protectors Investigations Branch, concerning Ramaphosa.
