Cape Town is gearing up for a major celebration as the ICC World Test Champion Proteas bring their Mace Tour to the Mother City.
The victory parade, led by captain Temba Bavuma and his squad, will take place on Friday, 26 September, giving fans a chance to line the streets and salute South Africa's cricket heroes.
In an announcement shared by the City of Cape Town , officials confirmed that the celebrations will kick off at the historic Grand Parade before the team bus makes its way through the central business district. The event comes after a remarkable season for the Proteas, marked by series wins against both Australia and England and capped with South Africa's first ICC trophy in over two decades.
