The Presidency and the State Attorney will face off with former President Jacob Zuma and others at the Pretoria High Court tomorrow, in a bid to recover approximately R28 million paid for Zumas legal fees in his personal capacity.

This comes after the decisions taken by the Presidency and the State Attorney to cover the legal costs Zuma incurred were invalidated, reviewed and set aside.

In addition, the State Attorney was directed to, among other things, take all the necessary steps to recover the amounts paid by the State for Zumas legal costs.
