The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse Outa says the constant postponements in the roll-out of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Aarto , proves that the system is unworkable in its current form.
The Minister of Transport, Barbara Creecy, has announced that the rollout of the system, which was due to start next month, has been postponed to July next year.
Creecy said the postponement was necessary as some municipalities are not ready.
