Police uncovered an illegal alcohol manufacturing site after a routine roadblock in Khayelitsha on Wednesday, reports Cape town Etc .
Officers attached to the Lingelethu West station stopped a vehicle on Spine Road and found boxes of alcohol during a search, Western Cape police said.
According to Smile 90.4FM , further enquiries led officers to a property in Lansdowne where they found a makeshift production line. Police arrested two men, aged 26 and 39.
