The South African Police Service SAPS says investigators have taken in two people of interest for questioning as the investigation into the murder of DJ Warras continues.

The former 5FM presenter and CliffCentral DJ, whose real name was Warrick Stock, was shot dead outside Carlton Centre in Johannesburgs CBD on 16 December. He was 40 years old.

Police update in DJ Warras shooting probe

In a statement on Monday 22 December, SAPS said team that was established to investigate the murder, led by the Gauteng Serious and Violent Crime Investigations, picked up the two people at around 02:00 on Monday from a hostel in Soweto, Johannesburg.
