Black Coffee, one of South Africas most successful DJs and musical artists, is the new owner of an architectural masterpiece known as the Pentagon Villa, nestled along Nettleton Road in Cape Towns exclusive Clifton suburb.

News24 reported on Wednesday 22 October that the Grammy Award winners company, Little Ark Holdings, purchased the home for a staggering R157,550,000.

This makes it the priciest residential property sold in South Africa this year so far, according to Lance Real Estate owner Lance Cohen. The transaction was completed in July.
