The Communication Workers Union CWU, alongside Congress of South African Trade Unions Cosatu in Gauteng have handed over a memorandum of demands to the South African Broadcasting Corporation SABC.
The group staged a picket outside the corporations headquarters in Auckland Park over the de-registration of CWU at the SABC.
They are demanding the reinstatement of dismissed and suspended shop stewards, fair pay, and an investigation into managements decisions.
