Several Heads of State and Government from the Southern African Development Community SADC region are considering the report of a fact-finding mission to Madagascar.
President Cyril Ramaphosa, as the Interim Chair of the region, is currently chairing the SADC Extra-Ordinary Summit on the situation in the island nation.
In October, Madagascar experienced a military takeover, sparked by massive youth-led protests against President Andry Rajoelina over water and power shortages.
