Pakistan PAK will take on South Africa SA in the second T20I of the five-match series on Thursday, October 31, 2025, at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
Against a second-string South Africa side, Pakistan had a sub-par performance as the visitors dominated all departments to secure a commanding 55-run victory in the first T20I at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. Reeza Hendricks' half-century and all-round performances led to South Africa outplaying the hosts to take a 1-0 lead in the series.
Hendricks smashed a sublime half-century, supported by Quinton de Kock and Tony de Zorzi, as the visitors posted a strong 194. Corbin Bosch dismissed Babar Azam for a second-ball duck. Captain Salman Agha also failed, continuing his poor run with the bat. South Africa's George Linde shone with both bat and ball, scoring 36 and taking three wickets to dismantle Pakistan's chase. Mohammad Nawaz fought back with a three-wicket haul and a 36-run knock, but the effort came too late.
