Pacesetter Queens have secured a place in the Nigeria Women's Football League, NWFL, for the 2025/26 season. The Oyo State-owned team acquired the slot of Benue Queens, marking their maiden appearance in the top flight.
The promotion was confirmed by the Oyo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Alhaja Wasilat Adefemi Adegoke.
Pacesetter Queens will serve as the official women's team of Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL side, Shooting Stars.
