The Police Ministers Chief of Staff, Cedrick Nkabinde, has accused forensic investigator Paul OSullivan of wielding huge influence in the criminal justice system.
Nkabinde has been testifying before Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee in Cape Town. It is investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
During his statement before the committee, KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi claimed OSullivan may be an agent with the aim to destabilise the country.
