Cameroon legend Rigobert Song has emphatically declared that the Nigerian duo of Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen are not World Class players, Softfootball reports.
Both players featured in the opening Group C match at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations AFCON where Nigeria defeated Tanzania 2-1 . Infact, Atalanta midfielder, Lookman scored the winner in that encounter and Osimhen had an effort cleared off the line.
Speaking during an ESPN UK official podcast , the Cameroonian was asked if the following AFCON stars were World Class players. A list of names was read out and he said not to only three names including Osimhen and Lookman while saying yes to the rest. He replied:
