The Nigeria Women's Football League, NWFL, has ordered Ekiti Queens to play their home matches in Abeokuta and fined the club N2.5 million for assaulting match officials during Wednesday's home clash with Edo Queens, DAILY POST reports.
Ekiti Queens lost the Matchday Three encounter 1-0, with Atume Doosuur scoring the decisive goal for Edo Queens in the 67th minute.
The NWFL described the incident as a serious breach of league safety and conduct regulations.
