Evidence leaders at the Nkabinde Enquiry are expected to apply for a postponement until Thursday due to the absence of additional witnesses.
This follows the conclusion of testimony by former KwaZulu-Natal Director of Public Prosecutions NDPP, Advocate Moipone Noko , on Friday.
The enquiry is investigating the fitness of the South Gauteng Director of Public Prosecutions, Advocate Andrew Chauke, to hold office.
