The Nkabinde Inquiry has announced that evidence leaders have submitted the revised formal list of potential witnesses on Wednesday.
The Inquiry, led by retired Judge Bess Nkabinde, is looking into suspended South Gauteng Director of Public Prosecutions, Advocate Andrew Chaukes fitness to hold office.
NPA head, Advocate Shamila Batohi, accused Chauke of making misguided prosecutorial decisions related to high-profile cases, including those of the Cato Manor death squad and former Crime Intelligence boss Richard Mdluli.
