The Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation Digital Economy FMCIDE has launched the 3MTT-NJFP Placement Initiative, a national program designed to connect thousands of skilled Nigerian youth with job opportunities across the country - at no cost to employers.
The initiative is a collaboration between the Federal Government, the European Union EU, the United Nations Development Programme UNDP, and the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme NJFP. It links graduates of the 3 Million Technical Talent 3MTT program with businesses seeking qualified digital professionals in areas such as software development, data analysis, product design, and digital marketing.
Through this partnership, employers gain access to vetted, pre-screened digital talent while avoiding traditional recruitment and onboarding costs. The program supports Nigeria's growing digital economy by ensuring that trained professionals can transition seamlessly into the workforce.
