The Ogun State Government, through its Public-Private Partnership PPP initiative, has celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of trainees from its free CyberSquad Digital Technician Training Programme, held at the Ogun TechHub, Abeokuta. The program, organized in collaboration with Cybervilla, aims to equip young people with practical skills in hardware maintenance, equipment configuration, and digital device troubleshooting - strengthening the state's digital economy and youth empowerment drive.

The convocation marked a major milestone in the state's ongoing commitment to youth capacity building and the promotion of a technology-driven workforce. The graduating trainees, who completed three months of intensive training, are now certified digital technicians capable of providing technical support services, repairing and configuring electronic equipment, and contributing to Nigeria's expanding digital ecosystem.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of Cybervilla, Mr. Ifeanyi Adirika, commended the Ogun State Government for its visionary partnership model under the leadership of Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun. He noted that the PPP framework has created tangible opportunities for young people to gain free access to technical education and practical experience. Adirika encouraged more interested youths to register for the next training cohort through the provided link, emphasizing that the program's success reflects a genuine public-private collaboration in advancing digital inclusion.
