Professor Adeyanju has highlighted Nigeria's ongoing efforts to harness artificial intelligence AI and digital innovation as crucial to boosting national wealth, enhancing government efficiency, and improving social stability. His remarks are in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda, which prioritizes technology as a driver of Nigeria's economic and societal transformation.
Speaking about ongoing initiatives, Adeyanju explained that Galaxy Backbone , where he plays a key role, is working closely with multiple government agencies, including the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, to digitize core government operations. This transition will see ministries move away from manual filing systems to paperless offices, enabling directors and civil servants to perform their duties seamlessly, even remotely.
