Two brothers - Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande - accused of murdering music rapper Kiernan AKA Forbes and his friend Tebello Tibz Motsoane in Durban in 2023 , are expected to be brought back to South Africa from Eswatini on Tuesday to stand trial.
The pair had previously filed an appeal against a decision to have them extradited. They later abandoned their appeal which led to the extradition process getting underway.
Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development Mmamoloko Kubayi has received the extradition order from the Kingdom of Eswatini where the accused have been held.
