The National Assembly has adopted the Special Appropriation Bill.
The Bill will now be sent to the National Council of Provinces for its concurrence.
The main objective of the Bill is to appropriate an additional amount of money to the Department of Health to address a shortfall due to the stopping of the Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief PEPFAR funding last year.
