Musicians participating at the G20 Social Summit at Birchwood in Boksburg are excited to be a part of the G20 Social Summit as it is important platform for the world to come to the country. They echo that the Social Summit shows the importance of raising issues affecting South Africans.
Issues affecting children, women, the youth and people living with disabilities were deliberated on by civil society and organisations at the Summit.
Actress and singer Khanyo Maphumulo, who was a original cast member in the musical stage play and film Sarafina, performed in front of delegates that included civil oragnisations and members of government songs such as the Lord's prayer and Freedom from Sarafina.
