Businessperson Katiso KT Molefe is expected to be back in the Alexandra Magistrates Court in Johannesburg on Thursday morning.
Molefe and three co-accused face charges related to the murders of DJ Sumbody, whose real name is Oupa Sefoka, and Hector DJ Vintos Buthelezi.
All the accused, including Molefe, who was denied bail last month, are behind bars.
