Johannesburg MMC for Public Safety, Mgcini Tshwaku is leading a multi-disciplinary team in inspecting a dangerous hijacked building in Marshalltown this Saturday afternoon.
The building is reported to contain shacks inside and illegal subdivisions, posing severe fire, health and structural hazards.
