Flight Centre Travel Group South Africa has appointed Zay Ferguson-Nair as its new Customer Experience Leader.

Ferguson-Nair joined Flight Centre Travel Groups Bedford Centre store in 2012, spending almost seven years in retail travel before joining Corporate Traveller, first as an Operations Consultant, and then as a Customer Success Manager.

Flight Centre has been my professional home for well over a decade, and my passion lies in creating travel experiences that truly add value for our customers, said Ferguson-Nair.
