Morocco has taken another step in strengthening its national digital transformation strategy with the launch of a new phase of the JobInTech program in Dakhla on November 15, 2025. The initiative was led by Amal El Falah Seghrouchni, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, as part of activities marking the 50th anniversary of the Green March.
The event took place at the Higher School of Technology in Dakhla EST Dakhla, part of Ibn Zohr University. Senior officials attended, including the Director General of the CDG Group, the President of the Maroc Numeric Cluster, regional authorities, and academic leaders from the university and the regional investment center.
The Minister emphasized the program's importance in reinforcing Morocco's digital sovereignty and preparing a new generation of skilled professionals in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, software development, and data analysis. She highlighted that JobInTech is designed to equip young people across all regions-particularly the southern provinces-with future-ready skills and equal training opportunities.
