Morocco Advances Digital 2030 Vision With Launch Of Orange's Live Intelligence Platform

The Minister of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform of Morocco participated on Tuesday, October 28, in the official launch of Live Intelligence, Orange's new artificial intelligence solution. The event underscored Morocco's ongoing efforts to harness digital technologies as drivers of economic growth and modernization of public administration, in line with the vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

During the event, the Minister commended Orange's innovation and the establishment of the Data AI Competencies Centre, where engineers and researchers are developing advanced, high-value digital solutions. The initiative supports Morocco's Digital 2030 Strategy, which aims to build a sovereign, inclusive, and competitive digital economy through key infrastructure investments such as the expansion of fibre-optic networks, universal 4G access, and the progressive deployment of 5G.

She also emphasized the importance of artificial intelligence in improving governance, economic efficiency, and technological sovereignty. Among the flagship national projects highlighted were the development of a Moroccan sovereign cloud and the construction of a 500MW hyperscale mega datacenter in Dakhla-key to ensuring computational power, security, and reliability.
