The rebound lifted the value of his holdings back above 1.1 billion, easing concerns after a month-long slide that had wiped out nearly 200 million of his wealth.

Sefrioui, who founded ADH in 1988, owns 64.78 percent of the companymore than 260 million sharesmaking him one of Moroccos leading business figures. His fortune is closely tied to the companys performance, which is viewed as a gauge for the broader property market.
