The Umkhonto weSizwe Party MKP says it has appointed a legal to team to conduct an inquiry into its suspended Parliamentary leader, Dr John Hlophe.
This follows a meeting between party leader Jacob Zuma the national officials as well as the Parliamentary caucus.
The party has also announced that Des van Rooyen will be the acting Parliamentary leader while Colleen Makhubele will remain as the caucus Chief Whip.
