The uMkhonto weSizwe Party MKP says it did not force Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla to resign from the party structures and as Member of Parliament.
It claims the decision was taken voluntarily citing that Zuma-Sambudla wants to shift her focus on ensuring the safe return of the 19 South African men trapped in Ukraine where Russia is continuing with its four year-long invasion.
It is alleged the men were taken to Russia under the impression that they would be trained as bodyguards.
