Suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Deputy chief, Julius Mkhwanazi has testified that his relationship with attempted murder accused , Vusimuzi Cat Matlala began in 2022.
Commissioner Mkhwanazi has taken to the stand at the Madlanga Commission.
Mkhwanazi has been accused of unlawfully signing two memorandum of understanding with Matlalas companies.
