MK Party has vowed to pursue political, parliamentary and legal avenues after its vote of no confidence in KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thami Ntuli failed on Monday 15 December.
At a chaotic session in the provincial legislature, speaker Nontembeko Boyce declared that the vote had failed by a margin of 40-39 and that Ntuli remained the Premier.
