The uMkhonto weSizwe Party MKP leadership has decided to redeploy its Secretary- General SG Floyd Shivambu to Parliament.
The party made the announcement at its media briefing in Durban on Tuesday.
Last week, Colleen Makhubele succeeded Mzwanele Manyi, who was removed as the Chief Whip of the MK Party in Parliament.
Shivambu has welcomed the redeployment.
He confirmed that national officials have taken the decision which he fully accepts as a disciplined member of MKP.
