The UMkhonto weSizwe Party and former President Jacob Zuma are expected to be back in Pretoria High Court this Thursday morning where they will challenge President Cyril Ramaphosas decision to place Police Minister Senzo Mchunu on leave of absence.
The party is also challenging President Ramaphosas decision to appoint Firoz Cachalia as Police Minister, and the subsequent establishment of the Madlanga Commission .
This is the third time that Zuma and the MKP have attempted to challenge Ramaphosas decisions .
