The Inter Miami forward achieved the feat after providing two assists against Puerto Rico in an international friendly at Chase Stadium.
Messi assisted two goals in his sides 6-0 win, overtaking former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain teammate Neymars tally for Brazil.
