Kenyan head coach Benni McCarthy remains winless after his third game in charge resulted in a goalless draw with Chad in an international friendly at the Marrakech Stadium in Morocco on Saturday.
McCarthy was announced as the new coach of Kenyas national side in March having signed a two year deal. Speaking to BBC Sport Africa, The South African stated his goal was to help Kenya qualify for the world cup.
Since taking the reins, McCarthys side have drawn 3-3 with Gambia, lost 2-1 to Gabon, and now drawn 0-0 with Chad.
Kenya sit fourth out of six teams in group F of the FIFA World Cup African qualifiers, with their qualifying fixture scheduled for 1 September against Gambia.
McCarthy will have another opportunity to bag his first win when Kenya meet Chad again on Tuesday at the Marrakech Stadium.
