The home address of murder accused Katiso KT Molefe was forwarded to Hawks members by retired Head General Godfrey Lebeya.
This is according to the witness testimony of Lieutenant-General Patrick Mbotho who is the Hawks Divisional Commissioner.
General Mbotho is appearing before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria. He told the commission that he in turn forwarded the message to the Hawks Tactical Response Head Brigadier Lesiba Mokoena.
