The Minister of Digital Transformation and the Modernization of Administration, Mr. Ahmed Saleem Ould Badh, received today at his office the Commercial Attache of the United States Embassy in Mauritania, Ms. Corina Sanders. She was accompanied by Economic Advisor Mr. Matthew Ryan and Economic Advisor Ms. Faiza Hashem.
The meeting focused on strengthening Mauritania-U.S. cooperation in digital infrastructure, e-commerce, and cybersecurity. Discussions centered on expanding bilateral collaboration to support national capabilities and develop a robust, secure digital ecosystem.
Both sides emphasized the importance of deepening technical partnerships and exploring investment opportunities that would accelerate Mauritania's digital transformation agenda.
