Deputy President Paul Mashatile will be in Parliament this afternoon to answer oral questions.
Members of Parliament are expected to ask him questions related to problems in delivering basic services despite interventions.
The MPs are also likely to want to know if Mashatile thinks the Western Cape offers the best model for municipal governance compared to elsewhere in the country.
