National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola has resumed his testimony before Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee established to investigate allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the criminal justice system.
On Thursday, he said Police Minister Senzo Mchunu who is on special leave did not inform him about the disbandment of the KwaZulu-Natal Political Killings Task Team.
Masemola said he only became aware of the disbandment through a letter sent to him when he was on leave.
