A marketing firm, Ezulweni Investments , says its determined to recover all the money that the African National Congress ANC owes it. This was after the party breached the agreement to pay the R150 million historic debt.
The ANC is battling to stave off the seizure of its assets after a court granted an order to the firm, which the party owes R85 million for campaign material during the 2019 national elections.
The firm is targeting movable assets at the ANCs headquarters at Luthuli House in Johannesburg.
