The Mangaung Executive Mayor, Gregory Nthatisi has reshuffled his Mayoral Committee in an effort to strengthen his executive.
In a media briefing held in Bloemfontein, Nthatisi said the changes are made in terms of Section 60 of the Municipal Structures Act.
Among the key changes, Deputy Mayor Lulama Titi-Odili now heads Finance, while Logan Kruger moves to Public Safety and Transport.
