Deputy Minister on Higher Education and Training Buti Manamela has defended the Minister of Higher Education and Training Dr. Nobuhle Nkabane from attacks by some political parties.
The minister was tabling her budget vote in the National Assembly on Thursday afternoon.
Manamela took a swipe at the parties that rejected Nkabanes budget vote, citing allegations of corruption against her.

Accusation do not constitute conviction. You cannot come here and say people are being accused of this and that and everywhere else and you wont prove any of those.
