Lazola Maku, one of the players who was instrumental in Amajita's historic Afcon triumph, has high hopes that he impressed football talent scouts in Egypt as he aims to move to Europe as soon as he can. Maku, an 18-year-old grade 12 pupil at Noordwyk Secondary School in Midrand, also made the best XI of the tournament as Amajita clinched their first-ever Under-20 Afcon championship, beating Morocco 1-0 in the final in Cairo on Sunday.
