This, as the battle over the remains of the late former Zambian President Edgar Lungu continues in the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria.
The Lungu family is seeking Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court of Appeal, the High Courts full bench judgment, which found, in the main, that the Zambian government is entitled to repatriate Lungus remains for the purposes of a State funeral and burial.
